Newployee provides employee onboarding and offboarding automation tools. Our platform is designed to simplify HR processes, improve efficiency, and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
2. Account Registration and Responsibilities
To use our platform, you must create an account.
- Eligibility: You must be 18 years or older or authorized to act on behalf of your organization.
- Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Payment Terms
- Billing: Services are billed annually. Payments must be made in advance for the subscription period.
- Refunds: Payments are non-refundable unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
- Failure to Pay: Non-payment may result in suspension or termination of your account.
4. Ownership of Data
- Users retain ownership of all data uploaded to the platform.
- Newployee is granted a non-exclusive license to process data solely to provide services.
We do not claim ownership of your data.
5. Contract Renewal and Termination
- Renewal: Contracts renew automatically unless notice of termination is provided at least 30 days before the renewal date.
- Termination by User: You can terminate your account by contacting support.
- Termination by Us: We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms.
6. Use of APIs
We provide API access to enable seamless integration with third-party tools.
- Acceptance: Users must agree to additional terms before using API features.
- Responsibility: Users are responsible for securing API keys and preventing misuse.
7. Updates to T&C
We may modify these terms to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements.
- Notification: Updates will be communicated via email and posted on our website.
- Continued Use: Your continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
8. Governing Law
